Greek cooking classes

Every Monday night at 5.30 the Gyros Express dining room has turned to a wonderful crowd

eager to acquire Maria Bell's skills to learn how to cook Greek.

So far,  everybody has learned  successfully to cook what we have taught.

Monday the 25th of Feb.we are making tzatziki, eggplant dip, skordalia and hummus.

Duration 6 Weeks

 

Session Starts 5.30 p.m –Ends around 6.30p.m.  Every Monday night, Including holidays for the whole year.

Day 1:  Tzatziki,  Melitzanosalata,  Skordalia, Hummus.

Day 2:  Spanakopitta,  Baklava

Day 3:  Moussaka,  Pastitsio

Day 4:  Greek Salad,  Galaktoboureko

Day 5: Stuffed Grape Leaves

Day 6;  Pork Souvlaki, Chicken Souvlaki

Classes  Cost  $72.00  Per course.(6 classes)

At the end of the first session a new session will start.

 

 

 Mar 24th we will have  Greek wine tasting ,for just  $10.00 more. We will taste 3 red and 3 white Greek wines. (Optional)

Mar 31st we will have  FREE  ouzo tasting.

Certificates will be also presented this day.
